06. Taking stock: 20 years on!

For 20 years we have worked with personal and organisational communication and change. We are deeply practiced in supporting future-fit leadership and we are proud of where our clients stand today.
We see how the tools we’ve taught have become more relevant than ever and we appreciate those of you that have reached out recently to acknowledge our role.
These disrupted times are the epitome of the Unknown we’ve been building muscle for.This is therefore the moment where we trust our work and the integrity of our intention and processes as we focus on supporting clients finding their way in these new extremes.
We trust enough to let go and allow the next level to emerge. We want to be clear and strong enough to support you on the other side and this means an internal recalibration. This is not a euphemism for letting staff go or cutting costs. It is an authentic practice of leadership in which we are taking deliberate time to unlearn all our assumptions, pay deep attention and know how to set up our next level with clear vision and intention.

Our 20 years of dialogue methodology means we continue to work while having the capacity and dynamics to include deep rest, conversation, meaning making and listening.
